  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Tabasco


Wash and pat dry as many wings as you would like.
Line a jelly roll pan with foil and spray with vegetable spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees...Place wings in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil (or any veg. oil will do) Sprinkle on black pepper and garlic powder. Toss with your hands to coat the wings and lay a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for about 40 minutes and turn and bake another 40 minutes. Wings should be golden, crispy brown and crunchy. Remove from baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and put several drops of Tabasco on each wing...enjoy...great as an appetizer
