These do not have spinach but are very good, my family loves them. Hope you do too!


  • Large Jar Spagatti Sauce, 1 16oz. pkg. jumbo shell macaroni (about 40) 4 cups ricotta or cottage cheese, 1 oz.pkg.mozzarella cheese shredded, (I like to use more) 2 eggs, 1/3 cup dried bread crumbs,1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.


Heat spagatti sauce. Prepare shells as label directs,drain well in colender. Preheat oven to 350 degreese. In large bowl combine ricotta and next 6 ing. Stuff rounded Tablespoon of cheese mixture into each cooked shell. Spoon sauce into two 13x9 inch baking dish. Place shells, seam side down over sauce in one single layer. Spoon over remaining sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and more motzarella cheese if desired. Bake for 30 minutes.
