Ingredients

  • 5 chicken breast boneless, skinless and cut into bite size pieces.
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp curry
  • salt and pepper
  • juice of 1 fresh lemon
  • 1 sm jar pimentos
  • 1 sm can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 -1 cup grated cheddar cheese (as much as you like)
  • 1/2 white wine (optional but adds a great flavor)
  • 1 cup real mayo

Directions

saute chicken in non stick pan with a little salt and pepper. In large bowl mix all ingredients including cooked chicken. Transfer to casserole dish and bake uncovered 350* (preheated) for 30-40 minutes
