Ingredients
- 5 chicken breast boneless, skinless and cut into bite size pieces.
 - 3 cans cream of chicken soup
 - 1 can sliced mushrooms
 - 1 tsp curry
 - salt and pepper
 - juice of 1 fresh lemon
 - 1 sm jar pimentos
 - 1 sm can sliced water chestnuts
 - 1/2 -1 cup grated cheddar cheese (as much as you like)
 - 1/2 white wine (optional but adds a great flavor)
 - 1 cup real mayo
 
Directions
saute chicken in non stick pan with a little salt and pepper. In large bowl mix all ingredients including cooked chicken. Transfer to casserole dish and bake uncovered 350* (preheated) for 30-40 minutes
