Great with celery, carrots, broccoli, garnish tray with large olives.
Ingredients
- 1 box knorr's vegetable soup mix
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 2 or 3 green onion tops
- 16 oz. sour cream
- approx. 16 oz. Hellmans mayo
- box frozen spinich
Directions
Thaw spinich, wring well. Blend remaining
ingredients. Chill about 2 hrs.
