Ingredients
- 2 Cups stale beer
- 2 Cups flour
- 2 Tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tsp. Lowrey Seasoned salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Salad Oil
Directions
Dip fish, onion rings, mushrooms, cauliflower, shrimp, or whatever you are frying, into this mixture until completely coated.
Deep fry in oil heated to 350.
I have found if you first, lightly flour whatever it is you are going to coat with this mixture this coating sticks much better.
