I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY THIS SERVES. I HAVE DONE THIS SALAD FOR LARGE PARTYS. EVERYONE SEEMS TO ENJOY IT.

Ingredients

  • 8OZ FROZEN PEAS
  • 3CUPS SOUR CREAM
  • 1/4CUP SOY SAUCE
  • 1 1/2 TBLS SESAME OIL
  • 2TSP PEPPER
  • MIX ALL AND SET ASIDE
  • 1 BUNCH CELERY
  • 1 16OZ JAR DRY ROASTED PEANUTS
  • 1 7OZ JAR MACADAMIA NUTS
  • 3 8OZ JARS WATER CHESTNUTS CHOPPED
  • 4 LG. SCALLIONS FINELY CHOPPED
  • MIX TOGETHER AND REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT
  • 2 HEADS ROMAINE SHREDDED
  • TO SERVE ARRANGE LETTUCE ON LARGE PLATTER SPOON PEAS SALAD ON TOP.
