I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY THIS SERVES. I HAVE DONE THIS SALAD FOR LARGE PARTYS. EVERYONE SEEMS TO ENJOY IT.
Ingredients
- 8OZ FROZEN PEAS
- 3CUPS SOUR CREAM
- 1/4CUP SOY SAUCE
- 1 1/2 TBLS SESAME OIL
- 2TSP PEPPER
- MIX ALL AND SET ASIDE
- 1 BUNCH CELERY
- 1 16OZ JAR DRY ROASTED PEANUTS
- 1 7OZ JAR MACADAMIA NUTS
- 3 8OZ JARS WATER CHESTNUTS CHOPPED
- 4 LG. SCALLIONS FINELY CHOPPED
- MIX TOGETHER AND REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT
- 2 HEADS ROMAINE SHREDDED
- TO SERVE ARRANGE LETTUCE ON LARGE PLATTER SPOON PEAS SALAD ON TOP.
