• 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 3 TBL. plain flour
  • 2 TBL. shortening
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 c. sour cream


Mix salt, pepper, paprika and flour; coat chicken. Brown in hot shortening in cooker. Place on rack. Slowly add water and bouillon cube. Cover, set control at 10 and cook 15 minutes after control jiggles. Cool cooker normally for 5 minutes, then place under faucet. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over pasta.
