Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. cooked pork loin roast, sliced or shredded
  • 1/2 bottle chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 sm. onion
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and boil for 3 hours. Serve on buns or eat alone with remaining sauce from the cooking.
