I serve with chili frequently as a side salad.
Ingredients
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 avocado, riped, cubed
- 1 small bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1/2C. celery, chopped
- 1/4C. red onion, chopped
- 1T. approx. of ground cumin
- Juice of 2 fresh limes
Directions
Chop all ingredients, mix , squeeze fresh lime, mix in ground cumin. Refrigerate for an hour or so and serve.
