I serve with chili frequently as a side salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 avocado, riped, cubed
  • 1 small bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2C. celery, chopped
  • 1/4C. red onion, chopped
  • 1T. approx. of ground cumin
  • Juice of 2 fresh limes

Directions

Chop all ingredients, mix , squeeze fresh lime, mix in ground cumin. Refrigerate for an hour or so and serve.
