I had this at a friend's dinner party and it has been a favorite ever since.
Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts - chopped
- 2 cans lump crab meat
- 2 packages of Knorr Alfredo sauce mix (dry powder packets)
- 2-8oz cream cheese softened
- 1 small jar of mayo
Directions
cream the cream cheese until well blended. Add rest of ingredients. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Serve with crackers or baguette slices or chips!
