Ingredients

  • One whole beef tenderloin
  • 1 cup of dijon mustard
  • fresh, peeled, grated horseradish
  • oil for searing

Directions

Sear tenderloin in hot oil on both sides. Place in large oven-proof dish or pan. Spread mustard over entire tenderloin. Cover with freshly grated horseradish. (Grate on a regular cheese grater.) Bake in 400 degree oven to desired doneness.
