Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8oz. guacamole
- 1 small onion diced
- 1can black olives diced
- diced tomatoes (enough to make a layer)
- grated jack cheese (enough to cover)
Directions
I usually use a pyrex square baking dish, but anything will work as long as you have room to layer. Start with the beans, creating an even layer on the bottom of the dish. Follow with the sour cream, etc.. until you have layered all the ingredients. The cheese should be the last thing you put on. I usually make this 1 day ahead, the flavors seem to meld and the dip usually tastes better.
1 large pyrex can serve quite a large crowd. I just made this myself for a party of 45, I doubled the recipe and had leftovers, of course there were lots of other goodies.
