Ingredients

  • I really don't know the recipe you want, but I found this simple white sauce recipe used for Chicken Enchiladas.
  • 4 oz. margarine
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pint sour cream

Directions

Make a sauce of margarine, flour and milk by melting margarine, stirring in flour and adding milk. Cook until thick. Add sour cream. (This is then spread over the tortillas, and then they are sprinkled with shredded cheddar cheese and baked.)
