Ingredients
- 1 pack (large) cherry Jell-O (plain - not dark cherry)
- 2 cups boiling hot water
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 carton (2-cups) sour cream or plain yogurt (low-fat is OK)
- NOTE: non-fat yogurt is not good for this -- it doesn't set up well.
Directions
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Let set slightly. Add cranberry sauce and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Pour into mold and chill till set.
