Ingredients

  • 1 (16oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 slice american cheese (chopped or grated)
  • 1/2 c. beer
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 t. worcestershire sauce
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • dash tabasco sauce
  • 2 T. butter
  • 2 T. flour

Directions

Melt Cheez Whiz over low heat until heated through. While stirring constantly, add american cheese. Stir until american cheese is melted. While continuing to stir constantly, add beer, chicken broth, worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and tabasco. Simmer on low heat, stirring frequently. In separate pan, melt butter. Whisk flour into butter. Whisk butter/flour mixture into soup. Heat until thickened
