Adjustments may be made by increasing or decreasing amounts of onion, jalapeno, salt or coriander.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Haas avocados
  • 1/4 C diced debco or vidailla onion
  • 1 ripe tomato seeded and chopped
  • 1 T minced jalapeno slices
  • 1 T salt
  • 1/2 T ground coriander

Directions

In a bowl, mash with the back of a wooden spoon the onion, jalapeno, salt and coriander into a paste

Halve avocados and remove pits. With a small, sharp knife, dice the avocado meat while still in skin and spoon into bowl.

Coat diced avocado meat with paste and fold in chopped tomato.
