Can add a small chopped tomato and/or green chili peppers.
- 2 med. avacados, seeded & peeled
- 1 thin slice small onion
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed & minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Assorted vegetable dippers & chips
In a blender, combine avocados, onion, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Blend till smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Place in serving bowl. Cover & chill before serving. Serve as dip with chips or vegetables.
