This keeps for quite a while, and can be removed from the freezer minutes before you want to eat it.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground cranberries
- 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or English Walnuts
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 pint whipping cream or Cool Whip
Directions
Mix cranberries and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, with Cool Whip the last.
Freeze.
