Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash salt
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1-3 1/2 ounce can (1 1/3 cups) flaked coconut

Directions

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Beat egg whites, vanilla, and salt till soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating til soft peaks form again. Fold in coconut. Drop from teaspoon 1 1/2 inches apart onto pan. Bake about 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
