Ingredients

  • 2 c. cranberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 apples, peeled
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 2-3 oz. boxes lemon Jello
  • 2 c. boiling water

Directions

Mix cranberries, sugar & juice of oranges. Let boil until soft. Pour hot water over Jello. Grind apples with orange skins & pulp. Add nuts & mix together. Pour into dish & refrigerate. Cut into squares.
