CRUMBLE CORNBREAD AND ADD TOASTED BREAD CRUMBS
IN SKILLET MELT BUTTER; ADD ONIONS AND CELERY AND COOK UNTIL ONION IS CLEAR; ADD TO BREAD MIX; ADD SEASONINGS AND BROTH. STIR. ADD GIBLETS FINELY DICED IF WANTED.
