Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef mince boiled and drained
- 6 eggs{hard boil 4eggs}
- 2 tsp onion-garlic paste
- 2 large onions sliced finely and fried till golden,
- 1cup cilantro leaves chopped
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 5-6 green chillies
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- salt to taste,approx.2 tsp
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Place all ingridients except the hard boiled eggs in a blender or food processor till well blended. Go easy on the blending as overdoing it would result in liquid rather than dry consistency. Grease a loaf tin and pat half the mixture in it evenly.Peel the hard boiled eggs and lay them in a line on the mince mixture. Cover the eggs evenly with the rest of the mince.Bake in a 200C preheated oven for 1/2 hour. Stand 10 mins before serving.
