• 2 pounds beef mince boiled and drained
  • 6 eggs{hard boil 4eggs}
  • 2 tsp onion-garlic paste
  • 2 large onions sliced finely and fried till golden,
  • 1cup cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 5-6 green chillies
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs
  • salt to taste,approx.2 tsp
  • 2 tsp lemon juice


Place all ingridients except the hard boiled eggs in a blender or food processor till well blended. Go easy on the blending as overdoing it would result in liquid rather than dry consistency. Grease a loaf tin and pat half the mixture in it evenly.Peel the hard boiled eggs and lay them in a line on the mince mixture. Cover the eggs evenly with the rest of the mince.Bake in a 200C preheated oven for 1/2 hour. Stand 10 mins before serving.
