Ingredients

  • 1 butternut pumpkin
  • 1onion
  • 1 carrot
  • water to cover.
  • 3 chicken stock cubes
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • salt & pepper
  • chives for decoration

Directions

Boil all vegies together with stock cubes , add salt and pepper to taste. Once soft, blend until smooth. Add cream. Add chives for garnish.
