You must have the batter from a friend(hence the name, friendship bread!). Write back for starter recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 small boxes of instant vanilla pudding
Directions
You have to have the specific batter from a friend. It takes 10 days of preparation. On the first day, do nothing. For the next 4 days, squeeze the bag a couple times. On the 6th day, add a cup of flour, a cup of milk and a cup of sugar.Then sqeeze the bag for 3 days. On the 10th day, stir in a large bowl with a wooden spoon or spatula. Pour 1 cup starters into 4 zip-lock bags. Keep 1 and give three to friends. To the remaining batter, add all ingredients. Pour into 2 large, well greased and sugared(mix cinnamon and sugar) loaf pans. You may sprinkle some extra cinnamon and sugar on top if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour-1 hour and 15 minutes. Optional-add a cup of chopped pecans or 1/2 cup raisins.
