Is really good but to be honest I have not rried to do it, with jalapenos and without the original ingredients. I can advise you to rry Papa a la huancaina if you are into Peruvian food, I will be more then glad to give you the recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 crushed ajies (jalapenos) will work I guess
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 crakers saltines or unsalted
  • 1 lb of ricotta cheese or feta cheese
  • 1 tbp of oil
  • 1/2 tbs of cilantro
  • 1/2 tbs of huacatay (optiona) is a oeruvian herb
  • 3/4 cup of condesed milk
  • 3 tbp of roasted peanuts
  • Bolied potatoes
  • hard boiled eggs
  • lettuce leaves

Directions

roasted the ajies ( jalapenos), clean them up, take all the inside, and wash them in water. Cover them in water and take put them on the stove top, as soon it starts boiling, take from the heat, and change water with fresh water and repeat the operation three times in total.
heat the oil just a little bit, garlic, peanuts, crackers, cheese in the blender and start mixing and add the oil little by little. You should have a semi thick cream.
In a plate put the lettuce leaves first, on top the boiled potatoes cut in half, cover with the sauce and decorate with slices of hard boiled egg on top.
