Ingredients

  • About 6 pieces of chicken. I normally par boil my chicken, so as when you prick it with a fork, it goes in easily, dont overboil. Then I deep fry, doesn't take so long , and it's real tender.
  • 4 1/2 cups of chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 cups washed rice
  • salt to taste
  • about 60 g butter.

Directions

In a pot melt butter and brown, add chicken stock and boil, add washed rice, and salt, turn heat down to simmer, and simmer for 12 minutes only, occasionally stirring, Turn off and let the rice sit for about 20 minutes, before eating.
