Ingredients
- One Box (2 layer) yellow cake mix
- (WITHOUT PUDDING IN THE MIX)
- One 3 3/4 OZ BOX Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 Cup Galliano Liquor
- 2 Tablespoons Vodka
- Glaze: l Cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tablespoon orange juice
- l Tablespoon Galliano
- 1 teaspoon Vodka
Directions
Mix All cake ingredients well in large bowl. Beat on high speed for 1/2 minute then on medium for 5 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt or tube pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for l hour (test before taking out of oven...could take a little longer depending on your oven)
Cool and remove from pan after cake has cooled.
Mix all glaze ingredients together with a fork and drip over cooled cake. After glaze has set the cake can be frozen.
