Ingredients
- 1 lb. chunk beef bologna
- 2- 1pt. glass canning jars
- 1- qt. white vinegar
- crushed red pepper flakes to taste, about 1/2 tsp.
Directions
Cut bologna into 1/2in. to 1in. chunks, or to desired size.Divide equally between the 2 jars. Fill both jars with water to half inch from top. pour water in measuring cup-- this will tell you how much vinegar you will need. Add pepper flakes to jars, add vinegar. Heat in microwave uncovered till boiling. Let cool to rooom temperature and enjoy. Bologna is better if you can let it set for a few days. Place in refrigerator and it will keep almost indefinitly.
