Note: For festive moments, add a dollop of whipped cream topped with a pinch of ground cinnamon.


  • This coffee cooler can be made with breweed or instant coffee.
  • 1 cup extra-strong black coffee, cooled
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon superfine granulated sugar
  • 3 ice cubes


In container of electric blender, combine coffee, cream, sugar and ice cubes. Cover and blend on high speed 10 seconds, or until foamy. Pour into a tall glass and serve immeditately.

Makes 1 (1 cup) serving.
