Ingredients
- 1 jumbo or 2 medium Vidalia onions,chopped (with green tops, if in season)
 - 3 tbsps. sliced black olives
 - 3 tbsps. chopped green chili peppers
 - 1 large or 2 medium tomatoes, (peeled and chopped)
 - 3 tbsps. olive oil
 - 1 1/2 tsps. wine vinegar
 - 1/8 tsp. cumin
 - Dash worcestershire sauce
 - Dash Tabasco Sauce
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and chill well.
 Serve with corn chips..
