Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. oil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 8 oz. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbl. Fish sauce(Nam Pla)
- 1 Tbl. oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbl. sugar
- 1/4 cup slivered green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup slivered red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup Sweet Basil leaves
- 1/4 cup onions, sliced
Directions
Heat a large skillet and add oil, garlic and shrimp. Saute for 1 minute. Add all the other ingredients and cook 2 minutes.
