Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 6 radishes, chopped
- 2 med. tomatoes, chopped
- 1 c. chopped cucumber
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. dressing, your choice, French, mayo, etc.
- 4 tbsp. vinegar
Directions
Mix well and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
