Ingredients
- 16 oz. box rotini
 - 16 oz. bag mixed vegetables
 - 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
 - 1 1/2 c. sugar
 - 1/2 c. oil
 - 1 c. onions, chopped
 - 1 c. celery, chopped
 - 1 c. green pepper, chopped
 
Directions
 Cook rotini; drain and set aside.  Cook bag of mixed vegetables; drain and set aside.  Mix vinegar, sugar and oil; set aside.  Mix onions, celery, and green peppers.  Add rotini, vegetables, and vinegar mixture.  Stir every 3-4 hours.  Make a day ahead to let the flavors blend.
