Bisquick has a lot of rercipes that they call " Impossible Pies " where they do not use a crust except the bisquick seems to go to the bottom. Made in a blender in just a few minutes before baking, Their cocunut cream pie is a snap to make in just a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices of bacon mikrowave,cryspy and crumble
  • 1 cup shredded natural Swiss cheas
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/8 t. peppper
  • SAUCE
  • 1 box Knorr Ox tail soup
  • 1 small can mushroons
  • 2 T. Cream of Sherry Wine

Directions

GREASE Pie tie pin 10 - 1 1/2 Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate BEAT remaining ingrediants 15 seconds in blender at high speed or 1 minute with wire wisk or hand blender untill smooth. Pour into pie tin BAKE 35 to 40 minutes or untill knife inserted in center comes out clean cool 5 minutes. Used 400 degree oven: Seperately follow directions on Norr ox tail soup box. Don't be fooled it is just delicous brown gravy, boil untill thick, add mushroons, remove from heat and add the cream of sherry wine . Serve in seperate container or gravy boat. Pour on top of serving individually. No Crust.


In place of pork bacon you can usew turkey bacon. Other things such as spinich may be added.
