Ingredients
- 1 ts. cocoa powder 1/3 C sugar water
Directions
Mix the cocoa with sugar (adjust according to taste) then mix a little bit of water just to wet the mixture (too much water won't make it harden) then put it on the stove and heat on high till it boils. Give it a stir and it should be ready for the ice cream
