Ingredients
- SESAME NOODLES
- 1 lb. Chinese egg noodles
- 4 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 Tbsp. black soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. black Chinese
- vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. hot pepper oil
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. finely chopped
- scallions (green and white
- portions)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except noodles. Toss in
noodles.
