Ingredients

  • SESAME NOODLES
  • 1 lb. Chinese egg noodles
  • 4 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp. black soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. black Chinese
  • vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. hot pepper oil
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. finely chopped
  • scallions (green and white
  • portions)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except noodles. Toss in
noodles.
