This may not be exactly what you were looking for, but it is easy to make and does taste great. Hope it helps
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 1 cup drained sauerkraut
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp olive oil
- l/2 tsp caraway seeds
- l2" boboli bread shell
- 1 cup corned beef, l/4" thick, 3" strips
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
Preheat over 450
Combine 1 cup cheese and next four ingredients
Fill bread shell with mixture leaving l" border, top with corned beef and remaining cheese
Bake 8-10 mins on baking sheet in lower l/3 of oven
Sprinkle with parsley
