Ingredients

  • eggs
  • seasoning salt
  • pepper
  • butter

Directions

Wow, sometimes it is the little things in life that confuse us. Anyway, the keys here are two fold; 1)Use an adequate amount of butter in the pan. Don't tell me you are skimping on the fat/calories etc., you are already starting the day with eggs, might just as well except the consequences and do this right. 2)Cook at medium heat, not a smidgeon higher, your eggs will burn if you try to short cut the process by cranking up the heat on your burner.

Here's the story:
Lather the bottom of the pan in butter until it is covered and greasy. Crack the egg(s) into the pan and sprinkle on the seasoning salt and pepper until the egg is saturated. Cook for about 3 minutes, take a spatula, gently flip the egg, re-add salt and pepper, cook 3 minutes. The result is a fried egg which any smart palated breakfastier will drool for.

GOOD LUCK.
