We make this at work, you might add a little mre butter and use it unbaked as a topping but baking makes it crisp.


  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 1/2 C. oatmeal/cooking oats
  • 1/4 C. light brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt (sea salt)
  • 4 Tbs.unsalted butter, cut in pieces


In the bowl of a food processor, combine the topping ingred. except the butter
Mix in pulses, add the butter, mix again.
Sprinkle mixture over top of combined fruit mixture then bake at 375 for about 30 - 35 min.
