Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 t. dry mustard
  • 2 t. salt
  • 2/3 cups cider vinegar
  • 3 T. grated onion
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 3 T. poppy seed

Directions

In food processor or blender, combine sugar, dry mustard, salt, vinegar & onion. Blend. With machine running, gradually add oil. Continue processing until thick. Add poppy seeds and blend quickly. Dressing will keep 3 months in refrigerator.
