Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo ground meat
  • 2small onions (diced)
  • 5 slice of bread (soaked in water)
  • and strained slighrtly
  • 3 cloves garlic diced
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • thyme and oregano to taste
  • salt & pepper.
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

Just mix everything together. If you like you can boil about 2 eggs. When rolling the meatloaf put in the middle. Sprinkle a little oil on top, cook for about 40-45 minutes in moderate oven.
