Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo ground meat
- 2small onions (diced)
- 5 slice of bread (soaked in water)
- and strained slighrtly
- 3 cloves garlic diced
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- thyme and oregano to taste
- salt & pepper.
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Just mix everything together. If you like you can boil about 2 eggs. When rolling the meatloaf put in the middle. Sprinkle a little oil on top, cook for about 40-45 minutes in moderate oven.
