Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups sliced rhubarb
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 baking pan. Cream margarine and brown sugar. Beat in egg. Combine dry ingredients and add alternatley with sour cream. Batter will be thick. Stir in rhubarb. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Combine remaining ingredients until crumbly.
Sprinkle over unbked cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
