Ingredients

  • Rib Eye steaks, pierced on both sides with a fork
  • "Lea and Perrins" steak Sauce (Sweet and Spicy)
  • "McCormacks Montreal Steak Seasoning

Directions

Marinade Rib Eye Steaks (Choice or higher)for at least 1 hour or better still overnight in Lea and Perrins. One hour before grilling, sprinkle both sides lightly with McCormacks, pressing the seasoning into the meat. Grill 10 to 15 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times.
