• Foie Gras is liver, usually goose or chicken liver that is oftern used in pate (Pate de Foie Gras). Lately, I've noticed many chefs using Foie Gras as a main course and preparing it in a variety of ways (baked, fried, breaded, seared).
  • Foie Gras is usually available in specialty shops and can be pricey. However, it is delicious.
