Ingredients

  • I dont have proper measurements, but I'll try to get it as close as possible
  • 1 Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 1/2 carrot diced
  • 1/2 stick celery diced
  • Salt, freshly ground pepper to your liking
  • a little chopped parsley
  • 40-50g butter
  • 1/2 capscicum sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 100g runner beans (optional)
  • about 4 potatoes cut chunky
  • If you have ripe tomatoes about 4, grate them, if not just get the bottled one, use only about a 1/4.
  • 1 dessertspoon tomato paste
  • water

Directions

I take the skin off the chicken, this is to your liking. Melt butter in a pot add, onions, cook until transparent, then add all vegetables, except potatoes, saute until slightly soft. Add parsley, tomatoes, paste and garlice, mix then add the chicken. At this stage put in potatoes, and put enough water to just cover ingredients. This is cooked on the stove top. Cook on low for about 45 minutes.
