Super easy and very good. Serve with mashed potatoes and sugar snap peas. Makes a very good gravy for potatoes.
Ingredients
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can beef broth or wine
- Tri-Tip roast
Directions
Salt & Pepper roast. Sprinkle with flour and braise.
Cut up celery and place on bottom of crockpot. Add roast.
Mix soups and broth and pour mixture over roast.
Cook on medium for 8 hours.
