I cook this every time I have leftover pork or beed roasts. My family loves it and the wonderful part of it is that it is so easy and quick to do.
Ingredients
- Leftover pork, cut in bite-size pieces
- 1 T. dried minced onion
- 2 cups of prepared pork gravy (made from the pork juices or 2 cans of purchased gravy, preferably mushroom)
- 1 can (10 count) canned biscuits
Directions
Mix the meat, onion, and gravy together in a sauce pan and heat thoroughly. Then pour into a greased baking dish. Place the biscuits on top of the meat mixture. Bake at 400o until the biscuits are browned.
