Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sm. yellow onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 2 1/2 lb. tomato sauce
  • 1 c. sliced stuffed olives
  • 1/2 c. olive juice
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. capers, optional

Directions

Brown meat; add garlic and chopped onions and chopped green peppers. Saute 5 minutes. Add all the rest of the ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve with giant corn chips or tostados. Freezes well.
