Ingredients

  • 3 pouns boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 pounds hot or sweet sausage
  • 2 pounds green ed bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 small bottle sliced hot cherry peppers and juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

Grill sausage and chicken breasts on a barbeque grill or broil in the oven, until partially cooked. In a large skillet, heat oil and saute garlic, onions, green and red peppers, oregano, salt and pepper until partially cooked. Cut sausage and chicken into bite size pieces. Combine meats with peppers and onions. Add hot peppers and their juice, stir and continue to cook 10-15 minutes until chicken is fork tender.
