Ingredients

  • 16 medium-size shrimp
  • 1 head romain lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup prepared Cesar salad dressing
  • 4 tomato tortillas
  • For the marinade:
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix all marinade ingredients and marinate shrimp for 1 hour. Grill shrimp until done, then cut into large pieces. Mix lettuce with croutons, parmesan cheese and Cesar salad dressing. Place shrimp on flat tortilla, top with lettuce mixture, roll tortilla, serve and enjoy!
